Rental Policies


Important Information:

1. Rentals are based on One week rental period. For example: (Event on Weekend) Customers may collect the items on Wednesday and return on Tuesday/Wednesday after the event.


2. Collection and return time are between 12pm-9pm. Please inform us via call or sms before you come. Note : Time may vary on Weekend and Public Holiday.


3. All rentals item book for rental are calculated from the time of rental whether the items are used or not.


4. All rented items must be return on the agreed date. If customer fails to return based on the return date, penalty will be charge to customer. Any problem or postpone the return date must be inform first and agreed by Precieux Moment. 


5. Any changes on rentals item that have been book only can be made 2 week before the event / rental time.


6. Booking procedure and to block the date is by paying 50% deposit or advanced payment (Non Refundable). No booking or items will be will be reserved unless the 50% deposit is received.


7. Deposit for the rental items will be forfeited if this contract is cancelled.


8. Customer must keep the rental items in good condition and return it in good condition too. If there any loss or damage occur on the any rented items customer should responsible by replace or paying the damage/loss price. 

* The loss/Damage Price will be stated in Rental Quotation/Invoice.

9. The amounts charged for loss/damage are separate from the rental fees. The charge will be advised and determined by Precieux Moment. 


10. Precieux Moment also will be entitled to utilize the deposit towards outstanding rental and or the replacement of damaged goods.

11. But if the deposit is insufficient to replace or restore the damaged goods, Precieux Moment is entitled to demand the rental an extra amount deemed fit.


12. Security deposit (depends on services provided) is needed at the time of collection which will be refunded in full on return when the rental items is return in good condition.
